水素社会の実現に向けた東京戦略会議（第5回）
Tokyo Strategic Council for the Realization of a Hydrogen Society
平成26（2014）年11月18日（火曜）、「水素社会の実現に向けた東京戦略会議（第5回）」に出席しました。
冒頭、知事は、「水素ステーションの早期整備、燃料電池車の普及を念頭に置いて、次の議会に提出する補正予算案で、この政策を前に進める手当をする予定です。2030年ということも言われていますが、2020年の東京オリンピック・パラリンピックをひとつのターゲットにして、水素の利活用のための環境を整えたいと思っています。今日の会議では、水素社会実現に向けた戦略目標、そして具体的な取組を取りまとめたいと思いますので、熱心な議論をお願いしたい」と挨拶しました。
会議では、中間のまとめとして、2025年までに、水素ステーションを80か所整備することや燃料電池車を10万台普及する等の戦略目標と取組の方向性、具体的取組等をまとめました。
On Tuesday, November 18, the governor attended a meeting of the Tokyo Strategic Council for the Realization of a Hydrogen Society.
At the meeting, the governor said that he hoped to set up an environment that enables the use of hydrogen, with the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games as one of the targets for realizing this goal. He also said that as he wanted to compile strategic objectives as well as concrete measures aimed at realizing a hydrogen society, he hoped there would be earnest discussions at the meeting.
As an interim summary, the direction of strategic objectives and initiatives, such as the establishment of hydrogen fueling stations at 80 locations and having 100,000 fuel cell vehicles in use by 2025, and concrete measures and other initiatives were concluded at this meeting.
