The 2020 Games Top Leaders Meeting
平成26（2014）年6月12日（木曜）、「東京オリンピック・パラリンピック調整会議」に出席しました。
会議では、会場計画の見直しについて話し合われました。会議終了後、森喜朗一般財団法人東京オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会組織委員会会長とともに議事報告を行った知事は、「より良いオリンピック・パラリンピック大会にするために必要な見直しを行っていくということです。今日の会議で、スタートしてくださいということになりましたので、早速、広く様々な観点から再検討作業を開始したい」と話しました。
On Thursday, June 12, Governor Masuzoe attended the 2020 Games Top Leaders Meeting.
The review of the venue plans was discussed at the meeting. Following the meeting, Governor Masuzoe, who reported on the proceedings along with Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games President Yoshiro Mori, said, “Reviews are necessary to deliver an even better Olympic and Paralympic Games. As it was decided at today’s meeting to start such reviews, I wish to immediately embark on work to restudy the existing plans from a broad and diverse perspective.”
