Teams participating in the Tokyo International Youth Football (U-14) Tournament 2014 visit the governor
平成26（2014）年5月1日（木曜）、舛添知事は、「2014東京国際ユース（U-14）サッカー大会」の選手団と都庁で面会しました。
知事は、選手に対し、「健康に注意して、日頃鍛えた皆さんの技を全開して、そして、優勝目指して頑張ってほしいと思います」、「2020年に皆さんを選手として、東京オリンピック・パラリンピック大会にお迎えすることを心から祈っております」と激励しました。
On May 1, Governor Masuzoe met with teams participating in the Tokyo International Youth Football (U-14) Tournament 2014 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
The governor encouraged the young athletes, saying, “I want you to take good care of your health and make full use of the skills that you have developed through arduous training to date. I hope that you will play your best with the aim to win the tournament.” Continuing, Governor Masuzoe added, “I sincerely hope to be able to see you again as athletes participating in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.”
