Tourist Information Center at Ueno-okachimachi Station (8:00 to 20:00)

6 How to purchase

You are requested to show your passport to prove that you are a foreign tourist to Japan.

7 Validity period and hours

(1) “Tokyo Subway 48-hour Ticket” for “Tokyo Subway & Grutto Pass”

Valid for 48 hours from the time of the first use during the period from April 1, 2019 (Monday) to March 31, 2020 (Tuesday)

(2) “Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2019”

Valid for 2 months from date of the first use of an applicable facility (However, the last valid day is March 31, 2020 (Tuesday), even when the Pass is first used on and after February 1, 2020 (Saturday)).

8 Reimbursement

Regardless of the information written on “Tokyo Subway 48-hour Ticket” and “Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2019”, reimbursement may be made at the sales locations if both of “Tokyo Subway 48-hour Ticket” and “Tokyo Museum Grutto Pass 2019” have not been used and the place and the date of purchase can be confirmed on the dedicated envelope. (You are requested to pay the reimbursement fee of \220.)
Further, the effective reimbursement period ends on March 31, 2020 (Tuesday).
