Tourist Information Maps Using Digital Signage Newly Installed

With the aim of increasing convenience for foreign tourists, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau provide digital signage in multiple languages throughout the city to provide sightseeing information and more. These services have been newly launched at six locations.

1 Service locations

Six locations (See attachment 1 (PDF:54KB) / attachment 2 (PDF:2,871KB) for details)

2 Service hours

6:00 a.m. to midnight
Note: The digital signage in Ueno Park can only be used until 11:00 p.m.

3 Information provided

Sightseeing spots, accommodations, eateries, ATM locations, etc. (The route to their destination will be displayed on the screen for users.)
Note: It is also a hotspot for a free Wi-Fi service provided by the TMG that can also be used at metropolitan facilities with one registration.

4 Available languages

Japanese, English, Chinese (traditional and simplified) and Korean
