次期駐日フランス大使が知事を訪問
The incoming French ambassador visits the government
平成26（2014）年10月9日（木曜）、都庁を訪れたティエリー・ダナ 次期駐日フランス大使と面会しました。
知事は、「東京とパリは姉妹友好都市であります。今後も都市間の関係を更に進めていきたいと思いますので、大使のお力添えをいただきたいと思っています。そして2020年、東京でオリンピック・パラリンピックが開かれますので、是非、多くのフランスの皆さんが東京に来られるようにお願いしたいと思います」と話しました。
On Thursday, October 9, H.E. Mr. Thierry Dana, the incoming Ambassador of France to Japan, paid a courtesy call on Governor Masuzoe.
At the meeting, the governor said, “Tokyo and Paris are friendship cities. I hope to continue to further advance the relationship between our two cities, and request the assistance of the ambassador with these efforts. Furthermore, with the Olympic and Parlaympic Games to be held in Tokyo in 2020, I hope that many people from France will come to Tokyo.”
