Food Poisoning Prevention Book for Evacuation Centers
When disaster strikes, it may be difficult for citizens in evacuation centers to practice what is usually done to prevent food poisoning, due to lack of water or everyday items for hygiene. There have been past incidents of food poisoning from food prepared at evacuation centers.
This is why the "Food Poisoning Prevention Book for Immediate Use at Evacuation Centers" was prepared; it outlines measures to prevent food poisoning that can be put in place early after an evacuation center is opened.
