Tokyo Tourist Information Center

Three tourist information centers are located within the metropolis. In both Japanese and English the centers provide information on sightseeing spots and events taking place in Tokyo, offer guidance on public transportation, and field inquiries from visitors.

Primary services provided by the tourist information centers

1. Tokyo visitor information
2. Information on sightseeing spots and routes
3. Public transportation guidance
4. Information on accommodations within Tokyo
5. Provision of “Tokyo Handy Guide,” “Tokyo Handy Map,” and “Tokyo Area Map”
6. Introductions to Tokyo tourism volunteers
   • Guided tour service for overseas visitors
   • Tours of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government buildings
