Multilateral Working-Level Projects
The TMG is advancing multilateral working-level projects that promote cooperation and exchange and help resolve issues shared by metropolises across Asia and elsewhere around the world in line with the TMG Basic Strategy for City Diplomacy.
Specifically, projects being implemented include the Network for Crisis Management which aims to improve crisis management capabilities through the sharing of experience and expertise among member cities, Countermeasures to Combat Infectious Diseases in Asia which aims to raise the ability to respond to outbreaks of infectious diseases, as well as training programs that aim to enhance the skills of administrative officials and specialists in areas such as the environment and waterworks and sewerage, and sports and cultural exchanges.
Participating cities: Bangkok, Delhi, Hanoi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Tomsk, Ulaanbaatar, Yangon and others
